Expo Registration

NOTE: The onsite Expo for 2020 is canceled. 


Registration: Please follow these 4 steps. Regardless of the status you see on the FIRST Dashboard (firstinspires.org), we do not confirm a spot in our Expo for your team until you follow all these steps and get to the #4. Note that there will be an event registration fee of $55 per team which is separated from the FLL Jr. team registration with FIRST.

  1. Complete this form: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSc83bJLjtX3od6xlvYgHCqmRHCp9LfbdjGyVJ53rV_SEo2X4w/viewform and choose “11TH ANNUAL LIVINGSTON ROBOTICS CLUB FLL JR. EXPO, May 16, 2020, Livingston Oval” as your first choice.
  2. You will receive an email with the subject “Registered for Event”. Even after you receive that email which indicates the status as “Registered”, your team does not have a spot at our Expo yet. It is just an indication that your team is allowed to proceed with the registration.
  3. Please wait for about a week after you receive that email, our staff will contact you by email for additional documents. Please follow the instructions to submit the registration documents and make the payment. If you do not hear from us within one week after the email, please contact the person listed on that email as “Event Contact”.
  4. After the payment is made, our staff will contact you to confirm. This is the confirmation that your team has secured a spot at our Expo.
