LRC members-only tour of Liberty Science Center Cafe Skyline to learn about the restaurant food safety program, from loading dock to plate.  This exclusive tour will be held on Wednesday 10/19/11 at 5 PM at Liberty Science Center sponsored by the LSC Restaurant Association to learn about their food safety protocol.  The “from loading dock to plate” tour is about 1 hr long

Liberty Science Center typically closes at 4 PM on weekdays in Fall/Winter, but the Center will stay opened to give LRC members a free tour and meet with the food preparation professionals.

Team who are interested in going have to provide their own transportation and coaches/parents chaperon.

All teams are to meet at Liberty Science Center entrance lobby at 4:55 PM. Wear team shirts and the LRC button if possible.
